There is no refunds or returns policy unless:
Damaged or defective goods
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a print which is damaged we will replace it free of charge.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item has physical damages (like tears, stains, or smudges) or defects (such as printing errors) after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your art print at info@ellajoseph.net and submit the pictures showing the damage or defect. If we require you to return the product, we will pay the cost of the return.
All prints should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your print due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at info@ellajoseph.net so we can investigate further and arrange for a reprint, free of charge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancelations and changes
As we manufacture to order, we’re unable to cancel or make product changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed.
Until your order has been dispatched, we can update your email and shipping address if needed. As we strive to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made promptly.
Change of mind
As the order is placed with our manufacturer as soon as you complete your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or select the wrong item.
We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space or the perfect gift. Feel free to ask us for advice if you’d like a second opinion.
Also, please ensure you select the correct size. A helpful tip is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of the print you’re considering and tack it to the wall. This will give you a better sense of how the print will look in your space.
